Al-Imam al-Ajuryy and his opinions in the Fiqh

The life, work and Fiqh of the great Imam of the Salafs, Al-Imam, al-Muhaddith, al-Qudwah, Sheikh al-Haram, Abu Bakr Muhammad ibn Hussain al-Ajurree.

He was truthful, very pious, one of the fervent defenders of the Sunna and the authentic Aqeeda, Shafi'i of Madhhab (contrary to what the researcher says, he is quoted well as Shafi'i in Tabaqat Shafi'iyyah known). However, like any great specialist Imam whose level reached Ijtihad, he had divergent opinions of his original madhhab.

The first third of the book is devoted to his biography, then the rest of the book deals with his Usool and his opinions in different Fiqh questions. And for each question the author compares his opinion with the other existing opinions and gives the prevailing opinion according to him.
