Imam Abu Hanifa an-Numan ibn Thabit (80-150H)

Al-Imam, Faqih al-Millah, 'Aalim al-'Iraq. He surpassed the people of his time in Fiqh and argument. He is the "founder" of the Hanafi school that bears his name.
