This is a very popular explanation of Umdat al-Ahkam written by one of Shaykh Muqbil al-Wadi'i's students.
The explanation is very well-structured, for each Hadith, the question of Fiqh is developed, the different opinions are quoted, and the author gives his opinion as to which opinion is the safest in his eyes.
The proofs are cited, the arguments are cited, and he cites subsidiary questions related to the chapter that may pose difficulties or that arise from contemporary issues.
