Answering prayers - Ali al-Imran

This is a brief treatise in which the author has collected the places, times, and conditions in which supplications are answered, from what is mentioned in the honourable Sunnah of the Prophet, peace and blessing of Allah be upon him.

Any statement that a particular supplication is answered in certain place or time should be based on the Shari’ah texts (Qur’an and Sunnah), so it is not right to invent places and conditions that are not mentioned in the texts of the Shari’ah, let alone for those places and conditions where it is forbidden to supplicate, such as graves and shrines, and innovated supplications and Awraad (saying certain prayers daily) and innovated acts of worship.

In his choices, the author has opted only for the authentic Mutawatir (mass transmitted) narrations, keeping away from any weak ones.
