The causes of wonders among the Salafs - Abdul-Fattah Abu Ghuddah

If we study the biographies of the Salaf (righteous ancestors), we will find wonders and strange stories, yet they are true. We will also find facts that are compared in our realities and modern era to myths, and, yet, they are not myths, they are real.

Our realities reflect this dimension upon us, because a person judges from his own perspective or knowledge. If his perspective is narrow or his information is limited, he will judge consequently, which results in his judgment being severed, incomplete and paralysed. This is the case for many of the issues tackled by the Salaf who did not miss any opportunity to work wonders, as they raced towards good deeds.
