Scientific resources used by Ibn Taymiyyah in rebuttal - 3 volumes

Here's a doctoral thesis which earned its author the mention excellent which addresses how Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah affirmed the Aqeedah of Ahl as-Sunnah and refuted the astray. More specifically, the researcher used a novel method for classifying each chapter of faith (Tawhid ar-Rububiyyah, Tawhid al-Uluhiyyah, Tawhid al-Asmae wa as-Sifat, Ar-Rusul wal-Risalah, Yam al-Akhir, al-Qadr) how the Imam refuted his opponents and especially the  scientific resources he used for this: 

1- The Holy Qur'an and its exegeses

2- The books of the Sunnah and their commentaries

3- The books he explicitly mentioned

4- The books he transmitted

5- What he benefited from outside books, such as oral accounts, personal experiences and debates

6- Writings for which he did not divulge his sources.

The author then organized the chapters of her work according to the main themes in which Ibn Taymiyyah was involved. She then identified each book within these resources.

In the same way that the author introduced her book by specifying its objectives and methodology, she concluded it by providing indexes for the resources dealt with by Ibn Taymiyyah, may Allah have mercy on him. She has also excelled throughout the book in attributing and authenticating quotations, explaining obscure terms, introducing unknown personalities, and specifying countries and places.
