A very interesting and very important PhD thesis: Effects of Arabic in the establishment of the legal rules of the Prophetic Sunnah.

Indeed, if everyone generally understands that Arabic is the key to understanding religion, because it is the language of both revelations (the Qur'an and the Sunnah), it is important to see that in practice the application of the rules of Arabic has direct consequences on the understanding of legal texts.

This research was built on three main axes: to demonstrate the link between the Arabic language and the legal sciences (shariah), the effects of linguistic argumentation in the establishment of legal rules, and the effects of grammatical argumentation in the establishment of legal rules.

Each time the author recalls the existing categories, he argues, he exposes with concrete examples what he is advancing and do not forget to give the references of each word as well as those of the hadiths (with authentications according to al-Albani).
