Because distinguishing between unfair ideological orientalism and scientific orientalism has become an urgent necessity, as the latter has produced many great works for our heritage, history, and Arabic manuscripts, and these efforts are still documented, written, and testify to sincerity, dedication, and objectivity. Similarly, we must consider each orientalist work separately, because there is no such thing as fair or unfair orientalism, but there are fair Orientalist works and vice versa.

And because there are global conditions that have affected the growth and prosperity of Orientalism, as well as its collapse and fluctuation, political choices, and the degree of development of its ideological discourse, and these conditions will serve as a fundamental and important factor in defining the future of Orientalism and its relationship with the political role played by various research centres on the Arab world and Islamic issues, as well as the appearance of Orientalism in its true colour and dressed in various forms.
