At-Tanqih Al-Mushbi‘ fi Tahrir Ahkam Al-Muqni’ - Al-Qadi Al-Mardawi

This book is considered the cornerstone of the Hanbalis, as it is their reference for knowing the Hanbali school of thought when Abu an-Naga Musa al-Hajjawi’s book “Al-Iqna’” contradicts Ibn Al-Najjar Al-Futuhi’s book “Muntahá al-Irādāt”. And also if there is a conflict between Al-Mardawi’s books himself “Tashih Al-Furu’”, “Al-Insaaf” and “At-Tanqih” then “At-Tanqih” is the approved one.
