The Benefits of Zam-Zam Water (in-depth research)

Mu‘īn al-Hukkām fīmā Yataraddadu bayna al-Khaṣmayn min al-Aḥkām by 'Alā' ad-Dīn at-Ṭarābulusī (1032H).
This book is a guide in the procedures of Islamic law. The book was written by Ali Ibn Khalil at-Ṭarābulusī, who was also known as “'Alā' ad-Dīn Ibn al-Hasan Ali Ibn Khalil at-Ṭarābulusī,” and he was a Hanafi jurist in Jerusalem. In the introduction to his book, at-Ṭarābulusī has referred to the exceptional importance of Shari’ah in the Qur’an and among the Messengers, and then went on to say that he wrote this book to explain the basic principles of his profession.
At-Ṭarābulusī has stated that most law books are generally simple summaries of cases and rulings, and in contrast, he tries to explain the mysteries of his art. In his book, he touches on aspects of his noble mission, in addition to some daily issues, such as the authority of judges, their status and compensation for their various services. He also cites many court rulings, although they often come without a theoretical explanation.
Excellent edition, verified from 14 manuscripts, with most of the Harakats and some useful annotations on some terms and on the Hadith mentioned.
