Al-Rawd al-Murbi‘ bi-Sharh Zād al-Mustaqni‘ is a cornerstone Hanbali Fiqh text by al-‘Allāma Mansūr ibn Yūnus al-Bahūti (d. 1051H), originally a commentary on Zād al-Mustaqni‘ by Sharaf al-Dīn al-Hajjāwi, which itself condenses Al-Muqni‘ by Muwaffaq al-Dīn Ibn Qudāma.
This edition, structured and enhanced by Shaykh ‘Aqīl ibn Sālim al-Shammari, organizes the book’s issues into tables, providing evidences and reasoning for each ruling, making it easier to memorize and teach. It builds on al-Bahūti’s clear, practical approach, which focuses on the most authoritative Hanbali opinions while occasionally noting alternative views, offering students a deeper understanding of Fiqh through structured learning.
This format enhances accessibility for beginners and educators, preserving the text’s integrity while adding clarity through systematic organization. Published by Dar al-Hadara, this work reflects a broader trend of modern efforts to make classical Hanbali texts more approachable, supporting students in mastering the madhhab’s rulings and their foundations with ease and precision.
