Manhaj Shaykh al-Islam ibn Taymiyyah fi al-Khilaf al-Furu'i (Fiqhi)

For three years, the researcher studied the methodology of Imam ibn Taymiyyah in his approach to divergences in the branches, i.e. jurisprudential questions. Throughout the Sheikh's work, he researched his thought mechanisms, his foundations and the recurring logic he used to establish legal rules. And this is how he was able to establish Sheikh al-Islam ibn Taymiyyah's methodology and founding rules in his approach to legal issues on which there is divergence.
