Al-I'lam bi Fawaid Umdat ul-Ahkam - Ibn Mulaqqin (11 vol.)

Enormous work, both in form and in the substantive! Indeed there is an explanation in 11 volumes (Has anyone seen more?) of the famous Umdatul-Ahkam al-Maqdisi of Abdulghani, by Imam ibn Mulaqqin. And who is the Imam ibn Mulaqqin? nothing less than the Sheikh of Ibn Hajar al-Asqalani, who was among those he profited most from Fawaid he also brought in his Fath al-Bari. Ibn Muqallin is also a student of Ibn Hisham Ibn Jama'ah and year-Nahwi (author of Qatr an-Nada and Chudhur adh-Dhahab).

The book has a very good and very thorough Tahqiq with useful annotations, and is prefaced by Shaykh al-Fawzaan and Shaykh Bakr Abu Zayd.
