The Debt in Fiqh: Payment or Exoneration from...

The jurisprudence of financial transactions is one of the important sections of jurisprudence because these transactions form part of the Muslim's life almost on a daily basis, whether it be buying, selling, renting etc. It is therefore necessary for the Muslim to know the rules that govern many of these transactions, particularly contemporary transactions, to know the opinions of the scholars on them, and to distinguish the lawful from the unlawful among them.
Thus, "The Jurisprudence of Financial Transactions" explains the provisions that govern these transactions, detailing those where the opinions of scholars differ, with particular attention to contemporary transactions where the legal ruling is clearly stated.
The book is constructed as a modern Fiqh textbook, with lots of evidence and quotations, in a simple and understandable style, all with the majority of Harakats.
