Although there are many works that explain the terms used in the Qur'an, one of the most famous and best is that of Ar-Raghib al-Asfahani entitled Mufradat Alfadh al-Quran.
This book is an essential work in the field, being a dictionary of the words used in the Qur'an, classified in alphabetical order, the author quotes a few verses each time the word is mentioned, as well as the different understandings for polysemic words.
Here is the best edition of this book, in its new 2020 edition, verified from 4 manuscripts, with most of the Harakat.
