Aqeedah of Imam Malik

Very interesting book of al-Baghdadi imam (429H) that demonstrates the reality of the 72 dissident sects, list and explain them and defines the group saved among them.
The book is divided into five chapters; each chapter includes several subchapters, except for the first chapter, which is devoted to the Hadith of the nation’s division, where he indicates that the Prophet referred to the ideological sects.
In the second chapter, he tackled the manner of how the nation have split into seventy-three sects, while he dedicated the third chapter to explaining the concepts of the misguided sects.
In the fourth chapter, he mentioned the sects that are allegedly affiliated with Islam but not from it, and then he concluded the book with the fifth chapter, explaining the characteristics of al-Firqat an-Naajiyah (the Saved Sect).
