Very interesting research highlighting the differences in the Usul between Hanafi and the majority of Usooliyyeen of the other 3 schools.

This excellent research is the result of a doctoral thesis. The author exposes and compares differences in the acceptance of evidence, the argumentation from it, and so on. between the Joumhour and the Madhhab Hanafi, citing the references and giving examples.
