Al-Mustalahat al-Usuliyyah : Nasha-tuha wa Tasalsuluha at-Tarikhi

The first section of the book, prepared by Dr. Hassan Al-Osaimi, addresses terms related to legal rulings, both prescriptive (obligatory, recommended, voluntary, etc.) and situational (condition, cause, impediment, validity, etc.). As for the second section, prepared by Dr. Abdullah Al-Shahrani, it covers terms related to legal evidence: Quranic terms, Sunnah terms, and so on.
