The author describes his book:
This book deals with the most important rules of the principles of jurisprudence, and I have tried as much as I can to search for the important principles of jurisprudential rules, upon which many scholars have relied - may Allah Almighty have mercy on them. They are considered as the original references to which they refer to when faced with is not mentioned in this book, and which often has a significant impact on issues of branching and deriving legal rulings.
I have collected for you more than a hundred fundamental principles, and as you know that the rules of the fundamentals are a lot more than that, but these are the most important ones, and, Allah willing, I may have made a successful selection of these rules.
My approach to the book would be as follows:
I mention the fundamental principle, followed by a short explanation with its evidence, and a reference to some of its branches, Allah willing.
