Qawaa’id Usul al-Fiqh allati Ya’lamu minha Haaluhu (The rules of the principles of jurisprudence from which to know its condition) - Ibn al-Mibrad
This is one of the most abridged books on the principles of jurisprudence, among other fundamentalist works, written by Ibn Al-Mibrad. The origin of this book is an introduction to one of his books, titled “Mughni Dhawil-Afhaam ‘Anil-Kutub al-Katheera fil Ahkaam ‘ala Madhhab Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal.” It is his fundamentalist introduction that he extracted in this book and named it “Qawaa’id Usul al-Fiqh allati Ya’lamu minha Haaluhu.”
The book establishes and briefly explains the four main foundations of Fiqh: The Book and Sunnah, Consensus (Ijma'), Analogy (Qiyas) and Interpretative Effort (Ijthad).
Beautiful edition, verified from 4 manuscripts.
