A'lam al-Huffadh wa al-Muhaddithin - Al-Qarn al-Awwal al-Hijri

This work brings together the scientific biographies of the Huffadh and Muhaddith of the first century of the Hegira. Provided they have been great transmitters or writers of the prophetic Hadiths who are honest and trustworthy.

This research work is immense, the Sheikh Abdessatar Al-Sheikh did not finish his project to cover the 14 centuries of Muhaddith. These first four volumes contain only the first century in obituary order, that is to say according to the date of their death. The last biography ending at the year 100.
