This book is a practical application of the idea of the book “The Impact of Medical Development in the Jurisprudential Heritage,” where the statements and issues recorded in the books of the Hanbali school related to the science of medicine were tracked, which need clarification, rectification or modification, which consequently affects the formation of the correct Jurisprudential perception, and may thus affect changing the ruling in some issues or giving preference to one ruling over another, with reference to the legal medical sources.

This book came in the form of footnotes to those texts to make it easier for students and researchers working with these texts to refer to the source of those statements and issues.
