Fiqh Ayat al-Ahkam 'ala Madhhab al-Hanabilah

The book addressed the Hanbali jurisprudence with respect to the Verses of the Rulings, and their approach in the deduction and inference of evidence, by studying the book “Al-Mubdi’ fi Sharh Al-Muqni’"of Al-Burhan Ibn Muflih. It is a book full of evidence and rich in aspects of their deduction; it contains some examples of the Verses of Rulings and their interpretation that qualifies the book to be a worthy material for such research.

The number of Verses of Rulings mentioned in this research reached (251) verses, and the number of the jurisprudential issues deduced from them were (875) issues. These are various issues that fall under most of the jurisprudential chapters, and contain various topics, from the science of Tafsir (Interpretation of the Qur’an), Recitations, Jurisprudence, Foundations, Language, Grammar and more.

The research consists of an introduction, preface, study section, body text, conclusion, and indexes.
