Sharh al-Minhaj al-Muntakhab 'ala Qawa'id al-Madhhab (Fiqh Maliki)

The book “Al-Manhaj al-Muntakhab ila Qawa’id al-Madhhab”, written by Ali Ibn al-Qasim az-Zaqqaq (d. 912 AH)”, is considered one of the most significant books that was written as a poem in the Principles of Maliki jurisprudence. This poem has drawn the attention of the Maliki scholars, as a number of them have explained and supplemented it.

The author (of the explanation of this poem), Ar-Raqiq al-Walati (1220H) has dealt with each rule by explaining and clarifying it.
