An-Nafahat al-Makkiyah fi al-Fawa-id al-Fiqhiyyah (Fiqh Shafii)

A great collection of Fawaid in Fiqh Shafii gathered over many years of study by Shaykh Ahmed Jaber Jubran.

The author said in the introduction to the book:

"These are benefits that I collected and dictated while teaching “Fath al-Qarib al-Mujib” by Ibn Qasim al-Ghazi that is explaining “Matn Abi Shuja’.”

I selected them from some of the approved jurisprudential books, such as: “Al-Majmoo’”, “Al-Rawdah”, “Hashiyat Al-Bajirami” and others, such as “Buhgyat Al-Mustarshidin”.

I dictated it to the students in the teaching circles at the home of the beloved scholar and caller to Islam, Sayyid Muhammad ibn Al-Sayyid Alawi Al-Maliki, in order to complete the benefit, seeking Allah’s Pleasure. . .".

The author, may Allah have mercy on him, arranged his book on the chapters of Islamic jurisprudence, and left behind a beneficial inheritance for him and those after him.
