At-Tawdheeh wat-Tasheeh li Mushkilaat Sharh at-Tanqih fi Usuli al-Fiqhi by Muhammad al-Ṭāhir ibn ʿĀshūr

The book “Tanqih al-Fusul” by Imam al-Qarafi al-Maliki (d. 684 AH) is considered one of the most important books written in the Science of Jurisprudence, and it is the basis of many books that were written after it. Al-Qarafi has explained it in his book (Sharh Tanqih al-Fusul). And Muhammad al-Ṭāhir ibn ʿĀshūr’s book was one of the most precious books that were written on this explanation. He overcame its difficulties, simplified the ambiguous issues, and explained its perceptions.
