Doctoral thesis on the objectives of the Shariah in the words and writings of the Great Scholar Muhammad Al-Amin al-Shanqiti, the author of Tafsir "Adwa al-Bayan" and the book Usool "Mudhakkira fi Usul al-Fiqh." It was obtained with excellent mention at the University of Medina, in front of Sheikh Muhammad Mukhtar Ash-Shanqiti and under the supervision of Sheikh Sulayman al-Ruhayli.
