Al-Fiqh al-Hanafi fi Thawbhi al-Jadid (5 volumes)

This is a book written by Professor Muhammad Zahid Al-Kawthari, one of the greatest specialists of Hanafi Fiqh of our time, which counters the claims of those who abuse the topic of divorce, and their despicable inclusion of Sharia rulings.
He emphasizes the fact that Shariah is not a typical manmade system of laws that can be changed from time to time.He unveils the evil claim that mentioning the divorce three statements is a complex and impracticable matter. He disproves the claim that Raj’i divorce does not permit the husband to take back his wife as long as the waiting period is in place. He discussed the issue when the husband divorces his wife by declaring three times in explicit terms (I divorce you), mentioning the Hadiths narrations indicating it, the issue of the Talaq al-Mu’allaq (Suspended Divorce), and Talaqa al-Bid’I (the innovated divorce) which is not a controversial issue. He examined the consensus of the jurists in this matter, and also concluded that divorce and Rij’ah (return of the divorced wife to her husband) are valid without testimonies.
Some of the Harakat, an edited and annotated edition, with a comprehensive introduction to the subject, the book and its author.
