Sheikh Al-Kawthari, great specialist in Hanafi Fiqh of our time, has discussed in this book some one hundred and twenty-five issues on which Ibn Abi Shaybah disagreed with Imam Abu Hanifa. So he listed them, studied their context and analysed their narrators, in addition to giving his opinion on the issue or the Hadith on which the two sheikhs differed.
