Tanbih al-Afham 'ala Ma'ani 'Umdah al-Hukkam - An-Nabulsi al-Hanafi

This work explains the book Umdah al-Hukkam wa Marji'i al-Qudaati fi al-Ahkam by Imam Muhib ad-Din al-Hamawi (1016 H.), which deals with the legal and judicial procedures of Fiqh and its application in judgements and sentencing.

The explanation presented here in 4 volumes, entitled Tanbih al-Afham 'ala Ma'ani 'Umdah al-Hukkam, is the work of Shaykh Abdelghani al-Nabulsi al-Hanafi (1143 AH).
