Kitab at-Taqrib fi Masail al-Khilaf - Al-Imam al-Quduri (428H)

The curtain has been revealed about a pearl to which the souls of the students yearn to reach, and whose light the hearts of researchers aspire to, with a precious, unique and advanced Iraqi copy, copied in the scene of Abu Hanifa, may Allah be pleased with him, in the year 480 AH, with difficulty in it.

The author of this book, Sheikh Al-Qudūri, may Allah have mercy on him (d. 428 AH), compiled the issues of disagreement between the early scholars, and mentioned the principles on which their differences were based on Chapters and Branches, and, thus, concurred with the Sheikh’s knowledge of the causes of disagreement, and the principles of the school of thought, enabling it to be a reference for jurisprudence study.

Sheikh Al-Qudūri is a great figure and an eminent scholar, and his book “At-Taqrib” is of the highest level and quality that any reader of Islamic jurisprudence should acquire and read.
