Al-Mughni fi Fiqh wa Adillah ar-Risalah li Ibn Abi Zayd al-Qayrawani

A beautiful work of Maliki Fiqh. The author, a professor of Fiqh and Usul at the Batna University in Algeria, has built a real complete manual of Fiqh Maliki around the Risalah of al-Qayrawani. It is not a classical explanation in annotation of the text, but rather the construction of the Fiqh chapters, and their subdivision taking as a basis the passages of the Risalah.

Thus, the structure and pedagogy is modern, allowing for an orderly and clear study of Maliki Fiqh, with evidence from the Qur'an and Sunnah. This work will satisfy most students or followers of this school.
