At-Tabsirah - Al-Lakhmi (408H) - 14 volumes (Fiqh Maliki)

At-Tabsirah is one of the founding books in the Madhhab Maliki, it is a commentary to the most famous of them al-Moudawanah, by Imam al-Lakhmi, one of the imams of the prestigious Maliki Tunisian school of the time.

This book is a reference that takes up the great books that preceded it as al-Wadiha of ibn Habib and which will then be taken up by the Malikite scholars later as ibn Ruchd or al-Khalil in his Mukhtasar.

He broadly develops questions and opinions and with much detail.
