An-Nukat fī Al-Masā’il Al-Mukhtalaf fīhā bayna Ash-Shāfi‘ī wa-Abī Ḥanīfah: Ibrāhīm ibn ‘Alī Ash-Shīrāzī

 It is a book on comparative jurisprudence by Imam Abu Ishaq ash-Shirāzi (d. 476 AH) that deals with issues in which Imam ash-Shāfi’i (d. 204 AH) and Imam Abu Hanifa (d. 150 AH) differed. He described these issues, explained them and mentioned the opinion of each of the two Ímams and commented on these issues.

This is the part dealing with the Mu'amalat. This is a very serious and thorough Tahqiq, based on two manuscripts. The first volume is devoted to research on the author, on the themes dealt with in the book and on the book itself in order to better understand its reading.
