The contextual study of the verses in the Aqida as per Ibn Taymiyyah

The title of this research is, “The efforts of Sheikh Al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah in regard to clarifying the effect of the Qur’anic connotation on the issues of creed (Aqidah): Collecting and studying the Qur’anic Verses which Sheikh Al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah, may Allah have mercy on him, referred to as an evidence of the contextual expression (as of what comes before the text and what comes after the text), and that is in all the chapters of the creed.

Sheikh Al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah, may Allah have mercy on him, excelled in eliciting the inherent connotations in the context, by highlighting the connotation of the contextual meaning in many of his inferences, especially when he responds to the critics, his extensive knowledge of the writings of those who preceded him, his compatibility of the preceding scholars in his decisions of issues of creed, and the meanings of the Qura’nic Verses, and his comprehensive knowledge of the Arabic language, in regard to the semantics of its vocabulary, its constructions and stylistics.
