Unusual and rare book (printed in 1997) written by Imam adh-Dhahabi, the famous Muhaddith and historian, author of Siyar A'lam an-Noubalae, listing people who have reached or exceeded 100 years.

He wrote this book because many people in the Ummah have a hard time believing or accepting that others have lived more than a hundred years. He thus records them chronologically: The Sahaba who were more than hundred years old, then the Tabi'ins, then the people of the 3rd century etc ...
